About Us - Well, Me
My name is Martin Rowlands (I guess that's pretty obvious!), and I started taking my photography more seriously round about my 40th birthday. My initial focus (pun definitely intended) was to take better pictures of my grandchildren, but inevitably, I can't spend all of my time with my grandchildren, life's just not like that!
Pretty soon I found the joy & frustration of wildlife photography. The joy is obvious, the world is a beautiful place, but why frustration? Well, animals, birds in particular, have a sixth sense, they will stay perfectly still until the very instant that you achive a sharp focus; and that is the moment they will run or fly away! More years than I care to think about & tens of thousands of photos later, I have enough photos that I'm happy with to present to the world.
Well, that's enough about me, now for the boring legal stuff!
Terms and Conditions
All images are displayed on this site with a Copyright stamp. This will obviously be removed from your purchased product, but unlawful reproduction of these images is strictly prohibited. Anyone found unlawfully reproducing these images will be pursued through the courts & future purchases will be refused.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be collected & stored securely solely for the purpose of delivering your order. You, of course, have the right to view the information stored & request it's deletion. Simply contact me using the "Contact Us" section on the home page.
I will not share or sell your personal data, and I will not send marketing emails. I will only contact you to gather further information required to complete your order.
Shipping Information
All purchases will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Shipping Costs are based on the following:
Up to 10 Greetings Cards - £3.00.
Up to 5 Mounted Prints - £4.25.
Up to 4 Framed Prints - £5.25.
Prices on application for larger orders.
Special orders will take a little longer as I will need to source alternative size mounts & particular frames as requested by you.
Orders will generally be processed in 1 - 2 days, and posted as soon as the Post Office is open, so you can expect delivery in 3 - 5 working days.
International shipping will be priced at cost, please use the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of Home Page to let me know your requirements.
Returns Policy
Returns will only be considered if I have supplied items incorrectly.
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. Please send me photos of any damage via the "Contact Us" section on the home page.
Items supplied as ordered will not be eligible for return or refund.
